After the Sale: We’ll process and ship out your order within 2 business days (usually faster) and keep you updated on the status every step of the way. You can contact us during regular business hours with any questions you have. Our 'Returns & Exchanges' Policy (below) provides assurance that we’ll take care of you in the off chance that you have any problems with your purchase.

Shipping Within Mainland USA All orders that are delivered to addresses within mainland USA are shipped for free. Generally, orders placed with us will leave our warehouse within 2 business days (typically faster). If your order is placed outside of business hours, the shipment will occur on the following business day. If an item you order happens to be out of stock, we will contact you within 1-2 business days to inform you. Although your item may ship out immediately, it may take longer than that to receive your tracking number. Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email as soon as that information becomes available to us. Generally, we will ship all orders via USPS, but we reserve the right to use any major carrier. Domestic Shipping to Outer USA and International Shipping All shipments besides those going to the lower 48 states will have a shipping charge. It is up to you to know the specific laws and guidelines for shipments entering your country. Returned Shipments If a shipment is returned to us for any reason, we will immediately refund your order minus the actual shipping charge that we incurred to ship it out to you and a $5.00 handling fee. Some countries may have additional charges and fees to ship into that specific region. It is your obligation to pay these fees. If your package has not been received or credited within 45 days, please notify us immediately so that we can open a shipping claim on your behalf.
